  • For Which Populations is WisePath Appropriate?
    WisePath and its predecessor iKinnect are applicable to a broad range of families and youth. We built WisePath with input from young people of varied backgrounds and our research has included a widely representative range of families as users. For now, WisePath is available in English.
  • How Does Implementation Work?
    In addition to the WisePath app itself, every WisePath customer receives customized implementation support based on the population you serve, your particular use case or cases, staffing, and other considerations. More specifically, for sites implementing WisePath for the first time, implementation support includes: Consultation on and, in partnership with site leadership, development of a site-specific implementation strategy that is likely to minimize distribution complexity, maximize family utilization, and satisfy a variety of stakeholder interests. This consultation will be “front-loaded” during the project’s first months (up to 3 hours/week for 20 weeks) will reduce to 2 hours/month in weeks 21-52. A set of family-facing marketing materials such as informational flyers. Up to 4 baseline training sessions (delivered virtually; 1-2 hours each) to inform those offering WisePath to families about app features and the site-specific implementation plan. Up to two follow-up staff training / consultation sessions to address any unanticipated implementation challenges.
  • Is WisePath Evidence Based?
    WisePath's predecessor iKinnect was designed using the principles of Multisystemic Therapy (an evidence-based practice) as the primary guide. WisePath also now incorporates key elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. For additional information on WisePath's evidence base and the researchers who developed it, Drs.   • Is WisePath Safe and Secure?
    WisePath operates on a HIPAA-compliant, secure cloud platform with role-based permissions to further protect users' privacy and confidentiality.
  • How Much Does WisePath Cost?
    Sites wishing to implement WisePath for Teens will incur product annual licensing costs at the user-dyad (caregiver/child) level and site-specific product implementation support that is tailored to unique site circumstances. Minimum pricing is for 100 dyad licenses and associated implementation costs. We offer volume and multi-year discounts, as well.
  • Where is WisePath Available? Is it Available Internationally?
    WisePath is currently available in the United States. If you represent a youth/family serving program in another country with English-speaking clients and are interested in WisePath, please contact us.
  • Is WisePath Available on the App Store/Google Play?
    WisePath does come as an iOS or Android app -- however it can only be activated as apart of a comprehensive support program available through child- and family-serving agencies.
